Will my employer pay for my application or will I?
This will depend on your company’s policy.
While many companies pay for visa applications for their employees, it is legal for your employer to ask you to pay for part of your visa application. If you wish to include a partner/family member in your TSS visa, it is also legal for your sponsor to require you to pay the costs associated with this.
